I’d like to publicly apologize to my outstandingly lovely sister Kathy for omitting her name from my last post.  I have amended the offending entry.  Love ya, sistah! 

My boss is back from his mid tour today, which is good because I don’t have to attend staff meetings anymore.  Oh the relief.  How bad could they be, you might wonder.  I have an answer to that, and it would be: Ohhh soooo baddd.  Sitting!  In one spot! Without getting up, or talking out loud, or giggling at accidental innuendos!  PAYING ATTENTION to ONE PERSON who is talking about nothing I am remotely interested in, unless they are saying something like: "We are no longer working every Saturday through the end of April" or: "Free cheesecake after this meeting".  Also, Why, I ask, with the every five minutes turning around and staring at my leg, because YES I KNOW it is bouncing and NO I am not NERVOUS about something.  If it bothers you, don’t look at it.

I have spent the last two days limping around pathetically because I sprained my ankle.  I would tell you how I sustained such a horrific injury but it involves… standing in one spot.  Trust me when I say that I do not possess even one graceful, coordinated bone in my body. So, please, if you will, send sympathy my way, because I am currently sporting a cankle.  It is not attractive.  Also, the pain, oh my lord, I might die.  You know when you have a cold sore in your mouth, and you push it with your tongue, and bite it with your sharpest, most poinky tooth, and it fucking hurts like electrically charged acid being dripped in your eye, but you do it anyway?  That’s what my ankle feels like everytime I move.  Is it broken?  No.  How do I know this?  Because I have my major in "webmd" with a minor in "google."  But really, I can put weight on it, and while it causes me to have pain of blackout inducing proportions, it doesn’t give out.  Also, I might be a bit dramatic and/or tend to exaggerate.   

I have tomorrow off.  I bet most of you don’t.  Hence, the title of this post.

John put tons of Korea pics up on his site , go check them out!  Also, because he is the greatest thing since sliced bread, he is trying to figure out how to get a notify list to work for me.  In the meantime, if you want to know when I post, send me an email and I will add you to the list manually, because I am nice.
