duuude
The Ambien they gave me for sleeping gives me the CRAZIEST dreams. I think they involve every single thing I’ve ever been worried about, plus everything I don’t. With extra color.
In last night’s dream, people who wanted me to preserve the girls’ innocence because they (yes, they, it was a huge group) specifically didn’t want them to turn out like Mary Kate Olsen. Which is weird because as Young Hollywood goes, she’s probably one of the more normal ones. Anyway. The ransom to get them back involved convincing the Baseball Commissioner to somehow give the Indians an extra run during their next game. And shopping in Target.
Previous dreams have included various forms of bicycles, including uni, tandem, and those old bikes with the big front wheel; co-workers in extremely large sheepskin earmuffs and the kind of metal detector you take to the beach; formations of eerily similar men with GIANT walrus moustaches; and gutted fish who were alive and swimming in the kitchen sink.
I mean, I’ve always had crazy dreams, but this is awesome! I should keep a dream journal or something, which I totally could, because another thing the Ambien does is insert these dreams directly into my short and long term memory. I don’t think I’ll ever forget them.
Okay gotta go to work now.
Tschuss!!

Dude! These dreams rock! I can’t wait to hear more about them. Hope you’re actually getting some rest, though.

Jeff – don’t make fun
FG – You did, totally. Go get some, and we can compare!
Kario – That’s the thing, I’m getting GREAT sleep! I feel awesome when I wake up. I wish I could take it every day forever, but the effectiveness of it wears off quickly. I also only have enough for 20 days, so.
Chris – It definitely makes me look forward to going to sleep for once
