So, my sister has been whining at me because she’s getting tired of seeing pyramids.  Bleh.  I don’t know what to say.  I’ve been more busy than normal at work, I’m still using a replacement laptop, I was three papers behind in my classes, AND my internet has just SUCKED lately.  Basically, those are all really poor excuses.  Oh well.

I had the worst day, I got my hair cut on Saturday and it’s exactly too short to put in a pony but cut really lame, I’m trying to grow it out and so got my layers all evened up and do you know that Andy Dick part in Old School, where he’s giving the blow job lesson?  And his hair is a really awful pageboy bob with cheesy bangs?  THAT’S what my hair looks like.  Tried to find a picture for you but…no luck.  Doesn’t matter, it’s just awful for now.  But that’s not all!  Also annoying me was my too-short socks which kept falling down inside my boots.  So I spent the whole day either re-ponying my hair or yanking up my socks and both things bugged and AGH it was just a stupid day.  

Anyway, I’ve been meaning to update my yum page with several things:  Chicken & Dumplings, No-Bake Cookies (for Greg, I know I left you hanging, that’s because I suck), not-maple syrup (but just as good maybe even better) and…something else.  I don’t remember.  Basically I’ve been doing a whole lotta cooking lately.  Also, I never could find a plugin that would work for what I wanted, i.e. showcase the items I love right this moment.  Maybe I should just change my whole theme/site…I think I’m getting bored.  But I will put up those recipes soon.  

Oh.  The girls, reduced to starvation-levels of hunger during their strenueous day off from school (it’s Fasching here today) are begging me to make them dinner.  I should probably poke around in the pantry a bit before I announce it’s DIY night.
