I don’t understand bikes with motors.  What’s the point?  Either get a moped or a motorcycle if you want to go faster than biking.  Riding around on a pedal bike with its squealing little motor going just looks silly.

We went camping this weekend and it was tons of fun.  Freezing-ass cold, but a lot of fun.  I can’t believe how much I totally dig camping.

I’m addicted to Facebook, and yes, that is one of the main reasons I just…stopped posting.  There’s just too much to do for Mafia Wars.  And Fish Wrangler!  I don’t have time to be creative!

John got me this for my birthday, and omg, let me just tell you: best.present.EVER.  It does EVERYTHING I have wanted something to do, like…I just turn it on, start running, and it tells me when I’ve lapped every 1/4 mile (my own personal setting), when I’ve gone the Air Force fitness test-prescribed 1.5 miles, and when I’ve reached 30 minutes (which is the time I have to at the very least run/walk for), and then it automatically uploads to my computer and I can track it online!  You could too, if I wanted to share it with you!  In fact, I could…PUT IT ON THIS VERY SITE.  But I won’t.  It’s still SO COOL, though.

I went to my 20-year reunion in Oregon a couple of weeks ago.  I was absolutely FILLED with nervous trepidition in the hours leading up to seeing everyone but once we all got reacquainted, it was so much more fun than I ever could’ve imagined.  I have pictures…on my Facebook.  WHAT?  It’s so much easier to post pictures to FB than to Flickr!  If you want to see them and you are one of the very few people who is not my FB friend (and subsequently…IN MY MAFIA), just send me an email telling me you want to friend me, and viola!  Pictures!

That entire trip was really super, actually.  I was only planning on staying from the 12th – 17th (Wed – Mon), but when I drove back to my parents house from LC on that Sunday my sister Toni had flown up to surprise me, and how could I leave when she was there?  So I extended my trip out until that Thursday (seriously depleting my vacay days, but…it was worth it).  Also, while I was in LC I stayed with Mindy, who is my super stellar niece, and with whom I had THE most fun.  She was my reunion date which worked perfectly since she knows the people I went to school with more than I do at this point twenty years later.  PLUS, I got to see Kori, my bestie, and ugh it was so hard to leave her.  Sigh.  Oh!  I also saw Angel, and wow, I just really, really love love love LOVE my friends.
